What does multi-cal mean? Can I shoot different calibers with it?

While the name sounds like it may be the case, multi-cal does not mean that the firearm can shoot different calibers with the existing upper. A firearm that is labeled “multi-cal” can be fitted with additional uppers to change the caliber of the firearm.
