Why is the rail on my CA-15 or CA-10 so large?

All of our CA-15 rifles are built with rails that are 0 MOA.
All of our CA-10 rifles are built with rails that are 20 MOA.
Please Note: Some of our built-in carbon fiber rails will ship with a plastic cover installed over the rail for protection.
